| Marketing Department | Business Development Manager (European and North American) | Job description 1. Responsible for American and European market’s customer information collection, classification and analysis. Customer ranges are from construction developers, building design companies, to professional building materials distributors 2. Responsible for customer classification. Also provide reports based on data and manager requirement. 3. Responsible key international consulting firms’ evaluation and management 4. Responsible for developing potential business partners for market penetration in n Europe and America; 5. Assist company management to develop a budget oriented market development plan. 6. Responsible for new customers and business partners early communication as well as daily follow up at later stage. 7. Take care of all international trade related matters including non-business related work. Job Requirement: 1. Educational/Training Background:English/International Trade/Marketing related major including similar majors of bachelor or above degree. 2. 2 years of oversea business development experience, preferablelly construction industry related professionals. 3. Strong communication in English both spoken and written English. Can freely use English as key working language; communicate with foreign suppliers via phone and email. Minimum English Requirement is CET-6 4. With excellent business sense and insights, as well as strong data analysis capabilities. 5. Master all internet methods to research foreign market’s construction industry 6. Familiar with international trade related process, and legal requirement. Candidates with knowledge of trade terms, logistics, and custom regulations are preferred. 7. Familiar with Microsoft Office software, especially Word and PowerPoint 8. Demonstrate solid communication, problem solving, negotiation skills, as well as be responsible and be able to work under pressure |
